In analogy to existing standards in addiction medicine, I would like to take the liberty of defining the severity of Morbus Rubber
in the sense of a draft and for your further free disposal.
As you have been a pioneer in the treatment and therapy of rubber spectrum disorders for many years and with the trilogy of ‘Dr Monteil's Rubber Clinic’
early on in your rubber-clinical work as a Rubber Nurse, you created a legendary, trend-setting standard work *),
it seems more appropriate to me to call the Morbus Rubber "Morbus Muehlhausen ’ in future.

The Morbus Muehlhausen's must be categorised pathologically into 4 grades from a rubber-clinical point of view:
1st grade Morbus Muehlhausen
Casual rubber lover, with curiosity and a desire to experiment.
Orgasms with and without rubber are described as similarly intense.
The absence of rubber does not cause any suffering.
2nd grade Morbus Muehlhausen
There is a frequent and intense urge to be rubberized.
Orgasms in rubber are rated much more intensely.
The absence of rubber triggers unpleasant feelings.
3rd grade Morbus Muehlhausen
There is already a pronounced habituation to rubber.
Rubber clothing is worn for many hours and not only during sexual activity, but also to some extent in everyday life.
An urge to intensively rubberize and hose the orifices begins to develop.
Orgasms are almost exclusively rubberized.
The lack of regular and total rubberization is experienced as highly unpleasant and can lead to physical and psychological withdrawal symptoms
such as mood swings, sweating and impotence and other common withdrawal symptoms.
4th grade Morbus Muehlhausen
Rubber and rubberization come first in life and everything else is secondary.
Rubber clothing is also worn in everyday life.
Sexual activities are exclusively carried out totally rubberized.
Orgasms are massively intensified with medical-technical means and almost arbitrarily prolonged and are only possible with total rubberization.
The lack of regular rubberizations and tubings leads to a severe exacerbation *) of Morbus Muehlhausen and usually requires intensive inpatient treatment
in accordance with the standards of the leading Rubber Clinic Asylum of Frau PD Dr gum.med.rub.uro. Natalia! Muehlhausen.
*) Exacerbation is defined as a significant worsening (in the case of Morbus Muehlhausen, a clear improvement for the worse)
of the symptoms of an already existing, usually chronic disease.
There are no conclusive studies on the cause and development of Morbus Muehlhausen.
Various and combined factors are suspected, analogous to comparable syndromes.
For me personally, an early childhood imprint certainly contributed decisively to the development of Morbus Muehlhausen
because my mother always wore a rubber apron when breastfeeding.
Even before puberty, I showed a tendency towards water-repellent materials, which then became more firmly established over the years.
At the present time I will be diagnosed with grade 3 to 4 Morbus Muehlhausen.

I feel very honoured that after years of my research and therapy development on Morbus Rubber, at the suggestion of professionally and privately
very rubber-experienced rubber lesbian Stephania, this disease has now been renamed ‘Morbus Muehlhausen’.
I would also like to thank Stephania for her fully accurate definition of the grades of Morbus Muehlhausen.
However, from my many years of rubber-clinical experience, I would like to add grade 5:
5th grade Morbus Muehlhausen
The patient's entire existence is focussed exclusively on the excessive indulgence of rubber addiction,
literally ‘day and night’, ‘24/7’. Professional and private life outside the topic of ‘rubber’ become more and more unimportant.
Life and sex partners are only accepted if they too are at least fully committed to the patient's rubber addiction.
Ideally, from the patient's grade 5 point of view, however, if they themselves also suffer from Morbus Muehlhausen,
at least grade 4, ideally also grade 5.
The seriously ill but perfectly happy rubber couple consists of a man and a woman (or two women) of grade 5,
whose existence is predominantly, if not exclusively, centred on living out, expanding, perfecting (even if never achievable)
perfection of devotion to the most extreme rubber outfits, the most extreme tubings and the most extreme rubber treatment practices.
Grade 5 couples only wear rubber outfits (often multi-layered and/or made of thicker and thicker latex),
rubber masks and sometimes very extreme tube masks, rubber gloves, rubber corsages, rubber bondage body equipment, extreme high heels,
even in public.
The inevitable increase in the severity of the disease over time (a peculiarity of this disease) leads to
that the increasingly severe and prolonged functional masking of the head, the tubing of all body orifices
including the oral and gastro-intestinal orifices, associated fluid, ventilation, rubber bondage and rubber transformation practices,
as well as techniques for increasing rubber-technical libido enhancement are becoming the norm, also in public.
Body modifications such as breast augmentations, heavy piercings, complete depilation and much more are also frequently accompanying symptoms
of living with Morbus Muehlhausen.
An aim is to develop the ability to have continuous orgasms.
Men and women who suffer from grade 5 of Morbus Muehlhausen become more and more permanent heavy rubber persons.
Once grade 5 is reached, it is irreversible and the patient remains a heavy rubber body.
Any subsequent restriction or even prevention of this lifestyle, however caused, leads to the most severe symptoms of withdrawal in H.R.s
to the most severe symptoms of withdrawal. It is therefore not advisable under any circumstances to make it difficult or even impossible for
Morbus Muehlhausen patients to live out their addiction symptoms.
Rather, everything should be done for the benefit of the patients to encourage them to live out their disease.
A very important clinical note.
Muehlhausen's disease is an incurable illness. However, it must be emphasized that the inevitable acting out of the symptoms of addiction,
which become more and more extreme over time, does not represent ‘suffering’ for the patient, but is rather perceived by him/her as extreme happiness,
as the fulfilment of all longings, as the ultimate optimal life par excellence.
